For households of every size

One well-labelled shelf for every form, recipe and permission slip

Family Pantry is shared storage built around how a home really works. Passports, school forms, insurance papers and grandmother's recipe cards each get a labelled shelf that every grown-up in the house can reach, without a single email attachment.

What is inside

Everything Family Pantry brings along

  • Labelled shelves

Start with ready-made shelves for documents, recipes, school, health and home, then add your own in a tap.

  • Scan from your phone

Snap a paper form and it is straightened, cleaned up and filed onto the shelf you pick.

  • Recipe cards that stay readable

Photos of splattered recipe cards are kept alongside typed versions, so the handwriting and the instructions both survive.

  • Reminder tags

Mark a passport, licence or policy with a date and the pantry nudges you well before it needs renewing.

  • Roles for everyone

Grown-ups can add and edit, older children can view what you choose, and guests see only the shelf you hand them.

  • An emergency shelf

Gather the handful of papers someone would need in a hurry and give one trusted person access to just that shelf.

How it unfolds

Four steps from first file to feeling settled

  1. 1

    Stock the shelves

Import what you already have from phones, inboxes and drawers. The pantry sorts the obvious pieces for you.

  2. 2

    Label with care

Tidy names and add reminder dates to the few documents that expire. Ten minutes here saves hours later.

  3. 3

    Invite the household

Add partners, older kids or a grandparent and pick what each person can see and change.

  4. 4

    Check the pantry weekly

A short Sunday digest shows what was added, what is coming up for renewal and what still needs a home.
